Greetings, my name is Sean Ham, I used to drive 18 wheelers for a living, after 11yrs on the road i got laid off, so instead of finding another driving job, i have elected to find another career.  I have two passions, one is writing. In my spare time I am trying to write a book, which would include short stories and poetry.  And my other passion is cooking.  I am currently in school at the Art Institute of Atlanta pursuing an associate degree in culinary.  I am in the beginning of yr 2.  So I have went from truck driver to trying to be a chef, what a career change.  I will tell you this going back to school at the age of 40 is a little rough, but hey whether its school, work, church or just everyday living, we are suppose to learn and grow daily.  So if you dont mind taking this journey with me, lets ride.  I will post things i have learned, take pictures of meals i have prepared, and post recipes that i already had prior to going to school.  I thank-you in advance for checking out my site.
